On 17th June, we attended UK Recruiter’s Recruitment Technology Showcase Event. Our very own (Senior Sales Manager/Senior Sales Account Executive) Robert Greening hosted two webinar sessions throughout the day.
Those sessions were:
- The impact remote working is having on your client and candidate data
- How to reduce staff turnover and minimise lost revenue when a biller leaves your business
Don’t worry if you missed out, you can catch up by watching the webinars here.
Session one: The impact remote working is having on your client and candidate data
For this masterclass, Robert was joined by our partner, Ian Moyse, Chief Revenue Officer at OneUp Sales. Ian recently wrote a blog for us, which you can find here.
They discussed:
- What data capture is and why it is important
- Reducing manual data entry and increasing automation
- Impact of using a mobile on data capture
- Using data to improve efficiencies
Ian said: “it’s not the data, it’s the insight it gives. Data is the necessary evil to get the insight. You hear of these mega corporations collecting data, but it’s not the data they want, it’s what they can do with accurate data, what insights you gain and how can it influence your business decisions.”
32% of recruiters spend more than an hour each day on manual data entry
Robert said: “If I don’t log the note of a call I just made, CloudCall can go in, inject a call note, time stamp it and attach a call recording to it. Everything you need is saved straight into your CRM system.”
Session two: How to reduce staff turnover and minimise lost revenue when a biller leaves your business.
You can watch our second session, led by Robert Greening, here.
In this session he explored:
- Attrition vs. turnover
- Ways to reduce attrition
- Preventative measures
- How to minimise lost turnover
Rob said: “If I could give any advice, it would be using mentoring, money and technology to reduce the number of staff leaving your recruitment firm.”
The attrition rate in recruitment is 43%
“When people do leave it’s important for you to protect your business and this has never been easier. You can capture and understand your data to minimise your losses. You can do this by having suitable technology in place to capture as much data as possible.”
