Did you notice that we went green? In December 2020, we changed our logos, to highlight being presented with London Stock Exchange’s Green Economy Mark.
The Green Economy Mark recognises companies who make over 50% of their total revenue from environmentally positive goods, services and products. We may look purple, but we’re still green. Pretty green, in fact.
We are pleased to announce that we have achieved a Carbon Footprint Standard, of the ‘Assessed Organisation’ level.
The Carbon Footprint Standard is an internationally recognised standard, that allows businesses, such as us, to promote our low carbon credentials, whilst allowing our customers to have confidence that an internationally approved process has been followed and verified against.
The standard allows us to improve the accuracy of reporting and assessments as well as improves our transparency as an eco-minded company.
We are only at the beginning of our journey, we are now looking to develop and implement our carbon and sustainability targets, to ensure improvements in 2021.
In the coming years, we aim to move to the further levels of ‘Reduced’, meaning we have taken on board the suggestions to get us closer to the final level, ‘Carbon Neutral’.
CloudCall CEO, Simon Cleaver said: “First the Green Economy Mark and now the Carbon Footprint Standard! We’re really excited about where the next few years are going to take us on our journey to achieving ‘Carbon Neutral’ status.”
