Working in partnership with MHFA England, many of the groups members are qualified Mental Health First Aiders. We’re also proud to be recognized as a top UK employer for wellbeing by Great Place To Work.

Growing up, like many people, I had ups and downs, but was fortunate enough to have a good support network around me to help me through the lows. It’s one of the reasons that I became a mental health first aider, to be able to provide that support to others
