Meet the Senior Leadership Team

Bhavin Rawal

CHIEF PRODUCT OFFICER

Bhavin is growth focused product & business leader with 20+ years of experience pioneering and scaling SaaS and PaaS businesses, ecosystems, and customer experiences across both SMB and Enterprise segments. He has led key functions and P&Ls in companies like PayPal, Intuit, Yahoo!. Bhavin is passionate about building globally distributed teams that can work without giving up on their mental and physical well-being. Living in California’s Silicon Valley, Bhavin balances work with family time and a passion for helping startups.

Kurt Hogan

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Seasoned executive with significant experience driving business transformation, streamlining operations and applying digital technologies to lead organizations to profitable growth. Kurt has worked with organizations across the globe over the past 25 years with extensive focus on the Technology and Communications Industries and US West Coast region. Kurt resides with his family in the bay area and is a lifetime fan of sports, family and all things involving teams.

Luke McNeal

CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER

Luke is a global leader who has been leading Go-To-Market teams and supporting customers to realize value through innovative technology for over 20 years. Luke has scaled teams for efficient revenue growth for SaaS companies across a variety of industries including AWS, Meta, DISCO, and ServiceSource.

Luke holds MBAs from UCLA Anderson School of Management and the National University of Singapore along with degrees from University of Oregon in both Business Administration and International Studies.

Matt Gayleard

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Matt is CloudCall’s Chief Marketing Officer. Matt is a strategic, data driven Sales and Marketing leader with a solid track record in scaling high growth tech-businesses. Matt’s previous senior leadership roles have been at companies such as Microsoft, Nokia and Orange. He’s experienced in both large Corporations and Start-ups. Building enduring global brand propositions through inspiring and leading teams in executional excellence.

Paul Williams

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Paul is an accountant and company director with 25 years experience in the technology and technology services sector, having worked previously for IBM, ECsoft Group plc and Ciber. Paul has recently spent time working in Dubai as CFO for Columbus Middle East. He has a great deal of experience working with blue chip technology firms, building and developing the financial management and control platforms required to support sustainable growth.

Ted Ruscitti

CHIEF CUSTOMER SUCCESS OFFICER

Ted is our Chief Customer Success Officer, and he has been building and leading high-performing teams that deliver exceptional customer experiences to technology customers for over 25 years. Ted enjoys time with his three sons and two dogs, watching all sorts of films, going to Red Sox games at Fenway Park and kicking back at the beach.
