We had an incredible experience at the 2024 Recruitment Agency Expo in London! It was fantastic reconnecting with our partners, engaging in conversations with numerous current clients and potential leads, and, of course, we had lots of fun with whack-a-mole!
This year’s talk was, ‘Simplicity in Recruitment’ hosted by our CMO, Matt Gayleard! Matt covered how to streamline convoluted processes down to just the essential steps, select just enough technology to remove friction, not add endless features, train recruiters to become proficient power users of tools that simplify work, and more. Our talk on ‘Using tech to recession proof your recruitment‘ hosted by our Product Marketing Manager, Sean Hopkins, was a huge hit, covering the continuing change to the world of work, digital transformation, the post pandemic boom, investing in the right technology, and more!
