BOSTON, MA, OCTOBER 06 2020 – CloudCall has partnered with Zoho Consultancy, Bluroot CRM Software Solutions and will now act as a preferred Zoho telephony integration vendor for the Bluroot customer base. By combining CloudCall’s native Zoho integration with Bluroot’s CRM services, joint customers will experience new levels of efficiency and productivity inside their Zoho instance.
CloudCall has a network of consulting partners in the US and UK, with Bluroot becoming their first partner not only in the Zoho channel but in Canada as well. CloudCall’s investment in expanding into new CRM channels is paramount and leadership felt strongly that Bluroot was the right partnership to solidify the Zoho integration investment.
