The Pride group was formed with the purpose of promoting awareness, providing education, discussing issues and focusing on ways we can improve life at CloudCall for our 2SLGBTQIA+ employees.

Working in partnership with Stonewall, we are committed providing the resources needed to support all 2SLGBTQIA+ employees.

  • Monitor sexualities and identities against employment, wage, and opportunities
  • Introduce external supplier inclusivity statements

The Ethnicity group was formed with the purpose of focussing on ways we can be more inclusive of all cultures and ethnicities, providing information and improving awareness of all cultures.

  • Monitor nationality, ethnicity and religion in relation to employee experience, engagement and attraction

Our Women at CloudCall group provides women with a dedicated channel to share information, tools and resources to empower and support other women.

  • Find ways to attract and recruit more women to CloudCall
  • Develop female friendly policies and initiatives
  • Provide more learning and development opportunities

Wellness @ CloudCall

Wellness@Cloudcall aims to provide employees with the tools and resources they need to support their mental and physical health, reduce feelings of isolation, and help them to feel connected while working remotely.

Working in partnership with MHFA England, many of the groups members are qualified Mental Health First Aiders. We’re also proud to be recognized as a top UK employer for wellbeing by Great Place To Work.

Our 2024 Objectives

  • Continue to grow our team of Mental Health First Aiders
  • Work closer with other internal groups to ensure Mental Health requirements are considered for all
  • Support our colleagues through ongoing change
